● Sessions are not booked until payment has been processed.
● Sessions will initiate at the exact starting time appointed; delays under 20 minutes will be deducted from the session timeline. Delays over 20 minutes will be considered a no-show.
● Sessions are non refundable sessions with a 48 hours cancellation policy.
● Sessions can be postponed once. No shows will be considered a session.

● Self-parking is available, upon reaching the gate, please make sure to inform the guards that you’re coming to meet Toubia Farah in order to be guided to a dedicated spot.
